This privacy policy sets out how Healing-Inspiration uses and protects any information that you share with us. At Healing-Inspiration we are committed to protecting your privacy by keeping all information that you provide to us, safe and secure.
Healing-Inspiration may change this Privacy Policy occasionally by updating this Privacy Policy page on our website and we suggest that you check this page from time to time. This Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information collected from you, when you use this website or when attending a face to face, online, distance, or an outdoors consultation.
All information shared with us is solely for our own use and is never passed to, or shared with any third party (unless in very specific cases where it is thought an individual is at risk of harming themselves, someone else or in accordance with the law).
Face to Face, Online, Distance and Outdoor Client Consultations
Client personal information is recorded by hand or received from clients in a typed format via email. Those records received by email are printed out upon receipt and then deleted fully from the email system. Hand written and printed client personal information is kept confidential in a locked filing cabinet. None of this information is shared unless in very specific cases it is felt an individual is a danger to themselves or someone else, or in accordance with the law. Clients may need to be contacted by phone, text or email to organise appointments – only email addresses and names are kept on computer for this purpose. If clients have requested to be kept up to date with Healing-Inspiration’s newsletter, workshop & course information and occasional shared spiritual wisdoms, then their name and email address is held securely on computer and will never knowingly be shared with any third parties. Client personal information and hand written case notes are held for the required time of seven years and then destroyed (unless a client is still being worked with after that duration of time).
Website & Newsletter Subscription
We do not use cookies. At present you can browse our website without disclosing any personal information. However, if you wish to do so, you can click on an email link to make email contact with us. You may also wish to subscribe to our newsletter and other relevant information by completing the appropriate contact form. This information will only be used by Healing-Inspiration and not shared with any third parties.
If at any time you wish to be removed from this email list then please email here with the word ‘unsubscribe’ in the title and we will immediately remove your details from our database.
Your Rights
You have a statutory right to view any records which we might hold regarding you. A small administrative fee will be charged if you wish to see these records. Your rights are in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
