A Relax into Nature session is a form of nature therapy - giving you the opportunity to de-stress, relax and immerse yourself in the energies of nature. It is similar to Forest Bathing, the Japanese practise of relaxation amongst trees and observing nature, which has been proved to reduce stress and boost the immune system.
Placing yourself in the natural energies of woodland and the countryside may help you to improve your mental health and sense of well-being. Being in a calming and peaceful place can open up your senses and help you with mindfulness and being more present in the moment. You can become at one with your environment and fully absorbed into its energies and beauty.
This is a sensory walk through the countryside and woodland. You will be guided to engage with and observe nature in a deep and meaningful way. It is an opportunity for you to learn how to reduce any anxiety and stress you may be feeling, bringing about a sense of calm, peace and stillness.
